Once you have purchased a Frenzy pass, there’s no refund policy in case your plans change and you can’t attend our festival, however name change is always possible, so if you have purchased a leader party pass, you can find a buyer for your pass and get in touch with us to change the name on the pass and you can get paid from the new buyer directly.
Frenzy Festival is not responsible for any sale process from anywhere else except from this website and directly by the organizer on social media or any communication channel, so please be careful and don’t buy passes from anyone on social media without verifying with us they have a valid pass for sale.
Exchange Rates
At Frenzy we’re located in Poland and PLN is our base currency, any currency conversion and pricing is happening automatically from our payment gateways and virtual POS, we don’t add any commission or any hidden fees in the currency exchange process, so choose what suits you best with your banks and country of billing.
